What we treat

Three areas of focus, one approach.

Every plan starts with listening: to your history, your goals, and what "better" actually means for you.

General MSK & Sports Injuries

Back and neck pain, joint and muscle injuries, post-operative recovery, and sports-related strains, assessed and treated with a clear plan and clear milestones.

Falls & Mobility

Balance assessment, strength and gait training, and practical home-safety guidance for anyone finding everyday movement harder or less confident than before.

Stroke & Neuro Rehab

Structured, progressive rehabilitation after stroke or neurological injury, working with you and your wider care team toward the movement goals that matter most.

Before you come

Common questions

Do I need a referral from my GP?

No. You can book directly. If you're claiming on health insurance, check with your insurer first, as some need a GP referral and an authorisation number before your first visit.

What should I wear?

Something you can move in that lets us see the area we're treating: shorts for knee, hip or ankle problems, a vest top for shoulder and neck. You can change at the clinic if you need to.

Can I claim on my health insurance?

Many policies cover physiotherapy. Check with your insurer before your first visit and bring your membership number and authorisation code.

What happens at the first appointment?

We take a full history, assess how you move and test the area involved. You'll leave with a diagnosis, hands-on treatment, a home exercise plan and an honest estimate of how many sessions you'll need.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel or move your booking using the link in your confirmation email, or call us, up to 24 hours before. Later cancellations and missed appointments are charged at the full fee.
